The facility is very clean and each staff member we dealt with was very friendly and caring. The nurses took there time doing what they needed to and answered questions and you didn't feel rushed. The anesthesiologist was amazing she sat with us and took her time explaining things and probably took more time than she had to. I was very impressed! With her. Then you have Dr. Gupta who is amazing takes time. Make sure you don't have no questions. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the staff that we encountered during our visit. Everyone was very punctual. Everything happened in an orderly fashion. Everyone was very kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I even had to call after we got home with a concern and I was able to speak with a nurse immediately who put my concerns at ease. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my husband during his surgery.

Had a great experience yesterday with my wife having hip replacement. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. Dr Morris explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions, he even doubled checked when I was finished asking, if there was anything else. His entire staff especially Michelle my wife’s nurse, and Dr Bailey are all first class.

My daughter had knee surgery on Tuesday at Parkway surgery center. Everyone from the lady front office to both Amy G and other Amy on the surgical side helping with her treatment was absolutely amazing. Brooke was so nervous and both ladies (Amy’s) were so kind and sweet to her and made sure she was comfortable. Incredibly happy with the staff and overall experience. Thank you guys for taking care of my daughter.

My 14months old was in for a surgery. All the staff were extremely warm and kind. They prepared the pre-op room with toys. every nurse who are on the case all came in to say hi and play with my boy to make him feel safe and comfortable around them. They have done everything to make things less stressful and less traumatic for both of us. Surgery went well and they came get me as soon as he was waking up. When I got in there the nurse was holding him, soothing and comforting him like he is her own baby. They gave us time and privacy in the recovery area until my baby is ready.

From the moment I walked in the door The entire staff, a front office ladies were wonderful, Efficient and super nice. Then when I went to go back to pick him up the other nurse was absolutely wonderful. Genuinely kind, considerate and friendly. They made a very scary experience. The best that it possibly could be. Oh, it was super quick as well. They kept you informed the entire time. Every step of the way. GREAT JOB TO ALL

The staff were very professional and friendly. I really want to highlight our amazing nurse Juli. I didn’t interact with the rest but my daughter said that they were wonderful too. Juli though was amazing. I loved how she was with my daughter and us. She was so kind and caring. I loved her heart and sense of humor. She became part of our family while we there.

They got my son in quickly for surgery and explained everything thoroughly. The facility was very well maintained, the flow was efficient, the staff worked extremely well together, great nurses and the surgeon answered my questions and made sure we knew what to expect. TV screen with the patient initials showing their status and text updates. Sent home a get-well card signed by everyone and received a follow-up call the next morning to see how he was doing. Just amazing care all around!
