I had my first experience here and oh my goodness, this exceptional team of experts took such wonderful care of me! But wait, not only took care of me but helped me with my infant as well when I needed to do x-rays! I was in and out within 20 minutes! I had an injection in my wrist and it didn’t hurt AT ALL! The bedside manner of everyone there is EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL! I’m overall thankful I chose this team to take care of me. You will NOT regret coming here! I promise.

I came in as a walk-in at 8:30 am on a Friday. The office staff was efficient and courteous. I was registered and then taken to a room. The questions asked were thorough and led to my having X-rays. X-rays were shown to me with a detailed explanation as to what I was seeing. Due to underlying health conditions, two options were presented but only one would be advised at this time. I was very pleased with the service and care I received today.

I had my first visit to OrthoXpress last Friday, and let me just say they were wonderful! The staff is very friendly and professional. The whole process was very efficient, getting my ex-rays, and my treatment plan, then implementing the treatment. This place is awesome! I went today and was able to walk in. NP Tim Pickens examined my knee, did x-rays and injected my knee. I was not expecting to get in and still got all of that done in about an hour. All of the staff were super friendly! I definitely recommend!

Ortho Express in Atoka was hands down (no pun intended) a wonderful experience. Having the ability to enter all of your information prior to my visit was a plus. I understand that many Medical establishments do this; however, they take it a step further. Once you get there, it’s like they’ve known you for years. There was even a letter with my name on it welcoming me and thanking me for considering them for my treatment. Very comforting. From the Front Desk to the Doctor, I experienced nothing less than exceptional professionalism. I will be going back, and I don’t just mean for my follow-up visit. I know me. I’ll likely be back. 🙂
