After the French company where i bought a turntable for 360 photography (Packshot Creator) sold their software to Ortery, they could not send me a copy of the software i bought (my computer crashed and i didn't have a backup).
Ortery were not able to provide a simple copy of this sotware either.
How can we call these companies that refuse to send a simple download link 1.5 year after the license expired, asking for no less thant 400€ for an upgrade ?!
I now own an expensive hardware, that i can no longer use : how perfect is that ?!

We were on the hunt for a lightbox to take product photos and did lots of research. Ortery not only had amazing products and more software features than other companies, but their customer service has proven to be very amazing even a year later! Shout out to Grant for being so helpful always and a great trainer on the products. If you're on the fence between companies, I highly suggest Ortery!

A great business investment. When we got this over 10 years ago it was a large investment for a small company but was well worth it. Instant benefits with picture quality. Its 2017 and WE ARE STILL USING IT. Ortery has offered additional features and improvements to it along the way so it doesn't become obsolete technology. Need I say more?

Not only has the system revolutionized the way we do product photos and allowed us to create the high-end images we have been striving for for years, but the support team has been fantastic. This is long overdue but we have been using Ortery since 2017 and I can't say enough good things about the product and company as a whole. Using Ortery has allowed us to capture very crisp images of our jewelry on white backgrounds, which was always difficult with our prior setups.

In addition to an incredible product, their support team is the best. Grant, who initially sold us the studios, walked us through setting the devices up and has also helped me on a number of occasions with more technical questions. The same can be said for all of their support staff though. Just today, I called for some some technical help regarding videos and Ian was terrific to work with. He gave me some insight on photography as a whole and walked me through a couple settings we could modify to get better quality.

I would highly recommend this product and for us, the revenue and efficiency increases have made the initial investment seem like nothing.
