PSA: Go read a book. It’s free and a great way to pass time on the beach. This charming public library offers a kids section, computer lab with a printer, and a large collection of DVDs and Movies if your place doesn’t have internet. I’ve been going there since I was a kid and would recommend for a free place to pass some time.

What a great library! We are staying for our family vacation and needed a rainy day activity that didn’t break the bank. We go to our local library once a week, so was hoping the library here would have a nice kid section… I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! My kids loved the kids section with puzzles, toys, etc. then we happened to arrive right when they did a weekly after school program with story time, games, and painting a birdhouse. The staff was very kind and the kids had a blast! THREE CHEERS FOR THIS LIBRARY ? Ps - right next to an amazing playground too!

Thanks to the beautiful Orange Beach Library for their great services & friendly faces. During the year I "read through listening" to books on tape through "Libby" while i work, drive or just relax. I also enjoy having the availability to check out a "hot spot." I appreciate all that you make available to me.

BY FAR the best library and librarians in 100 miles! I visit a lot as i travel the gulf coast with work. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not once have I ever felt like I was bothering them. They know most of their visitors by name!!!!

Good Wi-Fi, nice desks with outlets USB-A ports for charging. Quiet area, back doors with access to benches, and a fountain with a view of the water. Plenty of parking with easy access to the road via the traffic circle. Good temperature, only a little bit on the chilly side.

The staff at OB Library always go above and beyond what is expected of them. Several times my elderly mother has needed assistance with a computer and electronic communication. The staff, especially Dustin, has unfailingly helped her in a respectful, kind and generous manner! Recommended without reservation!
