After searching for various home security systems for installation I came across On Time Solutions. The rep name William was very patient and helpful. I had a lot of questions and even asked about the details of the security system. Once I decided to select this company, William and his two staff were very professional, polite and on-time. I believe that the price was fair giving what I was inquiring and requesting for installation. William and his team was respectful. What I liked most is that they installed the equipment professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for security installation and don’t forget to as for William!

William was amazing, we are a gated community and have a few of our security cameras that stop working and initially we thought it was due to the system being old and outdated, after multiple attempts to get the problem fixed we contacted William and he came out right away diagnosed the issue and also educated us about the system and fully explained in detail resolution, once William was done ALL of our cameras were back up and running after being off for a MONTH.
