My family and I were there during Thanksgiving and wanted get a large family photo. That was the worst thing we could have done . The 2nd shift lady running the shop was very bad at her job to put it lightly . The lighting was a total mess one side of the photo was real dark the other side was to light so the pictures turned out very bad. The woman knew this and took the pictures anyway .When we said something to her her reply was I have told them about it. It is a shop that is only there to take your money they could care less about giving you a something to remember your time with with your family. we have had pictures taken in Gatlinburg that was great my advice is go to Gatlinburg and stay away from that place .Until they get rid of the woman from Knoxville you will get ripped off. It don't deserve a 1star rating

Loved this establishment! The girls here were great! There was a girl there who was new but this girl will definitely also be a benefit to this establishment! The girl that greeted us and took the photos was great as well and when we went back to pick up our package that employee was great as well! To clarify, everything is finished before you leave but they even offered to keep it there while we continued walking around "the island" and finishing up our sight seeing... Great friendly staff that are also great at sales and marketing while making the experience fun! No pressure but these girls definitely are going above and beyond with their job duties! All together just a great memorable experience! Thank you all so much for making our day fun!

We had an amazing time getting our pictures done while on our life group guy trip. These two young ladies that assisted us were so kind and patient as four 40-year old guys were just trying to have fun and recreate one of the greatest westerns of all-time, Tombstone. The professionalism, creativity, and willingness to listen to suggestions was refreshing. We would love to stop here again on another trip, possibly with my wife and kiddos. Thanks again, ladies! They were more then willing to work with me and my wife. Especially since I use a wheelchair they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to stand and sit in chair. I would definitely go back

Me and my boyfriend went, originally we wouldn’t have been able to get in until 7, we got there around 3, but it was expected because it was a Saturday afternoon. We ended up being able to get in around 6:20 and left around 6:50. Prices are pretty good in my opinion. Our total was $87 with military discount (10%) for 2 people and we decided to get the USB drive. They were very up front, and didn’t force us to buy anything extra. It was a very good experience and I felt very comfortable. Our pictures turned out amazing as well!

These guys are amazing! I contacted them about doing a surprise proposal shoot with my boyfriend and they made everything go just so smoothly. They made sure to hide the ring where I could get to it and they even made signs for me to use in the shoot. The pictures turned out amazing and the prices are not bad at all. They are walk in only but that actually made the surprise part easier not having to be there at a scheduled time. I would definitely go back again!
