The doctors, nursing staff, and office staff have been absolutely wonderful. They were ALWAYS incredibly respectful. Always kind, friendly, and empathetic. The doctor and nurses did a wonderful job making sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable about my treatment plan to address my health goals. I couldn’t have asked for a better health care provider! I have, and will continue to, recommend this place to anyone needing rheumatology services.

I have been impressed with the exceptional care I have received from Dr. Cristina Arriens since transferring to her office a few years ago. She and her staff are professional and engaging in their management of my care. The actual time spent with Dr. Arriens during scheduled examination is organized, thorough and generous. Along with my health stabilizing under her care, I have also appreciated Dr. Arriens’ command of knowledge in her specialty and her compassionate care. A wonderful experience.

Great facility, they do a good job of communicating through phone and email, I always get called back the next day at the latest. Their website is easy to use and they have their own infusion suite. I feel like my doctor (Tania Reyna) is up on all the current MS research. Kind of hard to find but they are in the heart of the OU Health Science Center.

The best doctor I have ever had!

We live over 2 hours away, did not inform us that I could not sit with my wife during her 3 hour treatment. So, got to sit in the car or the waiting room for 3 hours. Really awful at considering the patient and family that do not reside in the local area.
did not even address it until I tried to walk back with my wife.

Although I did attend my wife's initial appointment and went back to the exam room, the lab to have her blood drawn and the infusion room when we filled out the forms for the treatment. Do is this a new policy since December or is it selective. Given that I was allowed to be with my wife through the previous situations, there was nothing to give me the information that I was not allowed with her during treatment. There were no signs, we were not told when we setup the treatment or when it was scheduled or when we received the reminder. Nor are there signs posted to give that information.
I'm not sure how the following response addresses the fact that your staff did not endure this limitation was known prior to treatment. It has no corrective action to ensure that this faux pas does not happen to another family member. What I would like to know is how you plan to address this for future patients family members since they often need people to drive them after treatment.

Hello Zack - Except in the case of cognitive or physical impairment, only patients are allowed into our infusion suites. Space is limited, and many of our patients use mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs. Additional people can make it difficult for patients to navigate the area. Additionally, due to the risk Covid-19 poses to our patients, we must limit patient exposure to the virus as much as possible. Your wife is most welcome to speak with out infusion scheduler about any concerns prior to her next visit, as we want to be considerate of her needs and your time. Thank you!
