Office tree has AMAZING customer service, coming from someone who has worked in CS over 10 years and is starting her own heartfelt LLC. This was a great experience as I had so much trouble with setting everything up, that they credited me AND walked me through the process. The customer service rep almost had me on a first name basis and I got the same rep every time we dealt with my issue and I could tell that that was on purpose. That’s dedication.

OFFICE TREE has a tremendous amount of professional poise, patients and the ability to serve and tend to the needs of small business owners with timetables, deadlines, and goals that don't fit into the 9-5 world, they were amazing!
some of the areas they impacted our team was:

- support outside of business hours several times
- patience from basic help desk, to data mapping and integration on the same ticket and call
- Extremely proficient and knowledgable IT support
- awesome user interface and this is integratabtle with all our clients apps and plug ins!

If you need phones, and CRMs with brand and POP, Office tree is where I will be sending my users!

Terrible business practices, unethical billing. The customer service team will refuse to help, and then if you file a compliant with a BBB, they will then threaten you to remove it. If you file a complaint that they will deactivate your service yet they will happily continue to bill you. They will also hold your phone number, hostage and refuse to port it out.

Company Falsy Advertises a 7 day Free Trial of their products on their website. Found many fraud reviews about this company. Company billed me 1 minute after I signed up for the trial because they requested my card online to get the free trial. Company refused to refund me and then started playing email games with me. Ownership uses false advertising to attract users to sign up. Many complaints from others posted all over the internet. . Avoid like the plague!

Update 05/29/2024 - Officetree just contacted me by phone and threatened to sue me for my honesty in my reviews post, which in California is intimidation in business and will be reported.

Update 05/29/2024 - Office Tree called me 3 times now to threaten me. Wow, this place rears the ugly head of business.

I signed up for a 7-day free trial. The company’s telephone service was easy to set up and performed beautifully. Customer service also quickly responded to my questions. I ultimately decided on a shared office arrangement and requested cancellation. Customer service immediately cancelled my trial subscription without a hassle and without any charges. My experience is that this company has an outstanding and highly engaged customer service department that honors the company’s commitments.
