Stellar staff. Very thorough and took us in right away. Did tests and got back to me within minutes. And then followed up later in the afternoon with more in depth bloodwork results and were incredibly responsive, very compassionate and took as much time with me as I needed to hear bad news. I trust my boy has the best chance at a good healthy life even though he got a diagnosis of Feline HIV.

I was visiting the area for a few days and my Lab developed a problem that needed prompt attention. I just walked in and the staff were so friendly and understanding and made room for us in their schedule within the hour. The care was top notch and thorough and the bill was amazingly reasonable. This place is an oasis in the over-priced, up-sell-obsessed corporate veterinary desert out there. So grateful to them.

Our shy old rescue dog is fearful of going to the Vet but he loves Dr. Lane, the vet techs and staff here. Through many health issues, we have received caring , prudent and skilled health care for our pet -- highly recommended!

Was able to get my dog in for treatment in less than an hour after calling just after they opened on a Monday morning. Not only did Dr Lane treat an aggressive ear infection she was able to treat his allergies and annoying scratching and itching. he has been resting peacefully without the bothering itch. Thank you for taking good care of our Big Puppy.

This establishment is a racket. Unfortunately. I'm sure the doctor started out for the animals, however that's over. I paid 250 I want my dog nails cut and the ticks taken off. She said they were not ticks(which I was there with my dog when she got the ticks. They totally just traumatized my ELLIEGIRL. TOTALLY TOTALLY TRAUMATIZED HER. That suck and still is, she's still traumatized. And still has stupid tick. I will not ever ever go there again and I hope knowone does.. she charged me for 119. For deposit, which ends up for her exam which was nothing a racket. My poor girl still has stupid TICKS. Don't go here they just want yr money,

Dr. Lane and her staff have been extremely helpful, thorough and compassionate in treating our dog. Honestly, the care they have provided surpasses that of many human primary care practices. They are transparent about costs and the office is clean and well run. Highly recommended.
