Super close to my house... like a 5 minute walk. Haven't caught a show here... but next week I am. 5 stars out of pure awesomeness! I like climbing these stairs on my afternoon walks!

Volunteer led. Free admission. Many interesting facts and lectures about space and astronomy. We observed Jupiter with the telescope!!!! So glad this is open again!!! Donate to help this educational opportunity in our great city of Chattanooga!!!!!

Loved this place.. They made it very interesting and it's amazing how well this 80 year old telescope works! My wife enjoyed it too. We didn't even know this observatory was here and what an interesting history it has.

Planetarium seats about 45 people. Jack Pitkin runs the observatory and is very nice and informative. Great place to take the family on a Sunday night to learn and check out the marvels of our universe.
