We cannot say enough good things about NWO IT Services. Service is the key word. They provide service immediately, they are always on the cutting edge of solving our issues quickly and as painlessly as possible. If there are immediate issues someone is always available to resolve the issue immediately. As to trustworthy, ABSOLUTELY. We have never dealt with a company that gained our trust with such sensitive information. Not only do they secure our data, they consistently make sure we are in compliance, update and handle our subscriptions, taking the burden of having to constantly doing these tasks off of us. They have our full confidence and trust, the employees are top notch. From the initial phone call all the way through and the follow up is spot on. Very pleased with the service provided. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I felt very confident from the moment I dropped it off that my PC was in good hands. They called and kept me informed. My computer was ready within hours of dropping it off. I definitely recommend their services. They also sell power cords, refurbished computers, external hard drives, etc. I appreciated their expert advice on some upcoming computer projects that I will be undertaking (and accordingly purchased an external hard drive). Fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend both sales and service!

I went to NWO as I have dealt with them before and they have never disappointed me. This time was a little different and more serious someone had gotten in to my computer and my bank account and started to take money from me. I could see them moving the cursor around In my bank account. They deleted everything out of my computer there was nothing on the hard drive no files or pictures. Logan was confident he could help me. He rebuilt my hard drive and did a complete diagnostic test and got my windows 10 to look just like Windows 7 which I was very happy about. Don’t hesitate to give them a call they are very good at what they do and give you a cost Up front. They Computer running in about three hours.

NWO IT Services are fantastic to work with. They know how to do everything!!! Their customer service is outstanding. But most of all, they are friendly and courteous. Being a grandma, and not as savy on computers as some, I appreciate it. Needless to say, I am on my computer at work all the time. If a problem arises, they are always willing to help.

We call NWO just about every day. They are fast to fix any issue that we have and are always friendly on the phone. On the few times we have had to utilize the on site service, they have always worked around our business hours so we don't have to interrupt our day.
