I purchased a Stitch s500 from NuSign and we have had several issues with it and there is no support or even return calls from from NuSign, Tony/Wid. They will take your order, but will not provide customer service, follow-up and have not been a good partner.

We had been working with Nusign since my shop in garage 2005. Benny and Tony are most helping small business like us to growth together. Also their tech support A +++. Our successful because their supportive from materials, machines special they go extra miles to help our business running.

I am referring a some our client had eco-solvent printer because when they was buy printer from other place not form Nusign but when they are need supports then other company either NO STAFFS and delay to fix their machine.
