We have used Note Vault for the past year and it is very user friendly for our field crews. Works great for our company. The small issues we do have are taken care of quickly by e-mail or phone. I use an iphone every day for our reports and loved it.

Not sure why this program would get a bad review. I have used this program along with some of the biggest contractors there are. Very user friendly! The best part of the program is you talk in to your phone take a few photos or videos and it is put in to a report format that is very professional, Longitude and Latitude is logged in along with a time stamp. Perfect for a legal document, dictation is not done by a computer program but by a real life person. As you can tell my punctuation not so good, Note Vault punctuation perfect. if you have not had a good experience try calling there tech support and they will walk you through what ever the issue is. No I am not employed by Note Vault just a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work Note Vault

I have used Note Vault for the past 13 months and it is very user friendly. My reports looked professional. If you have any issues you can reach them by phone or write out the problem and less than 10 min. they are talking with you to help fix the issue. I used an Ipad every day for my reports and loved it.

This sad excuse for a daily reporting system is pathetic AT BEST! Stay away from this program. Prehistoric hieroglyphs are more effective than this program. RUN!!!
