I have been taking part in a trial here (as Teresa Jenkins) for a few months now and I have yet to have had a bad experience.

The employees are friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming.

Anytime I've had any issue or question, they have immediately done whatever they could to answer my question or fix my issue.

The clinic is a pleasant, professional environment, always clean and orderly.

I would highly recommend this office and employees.

The staff are extremely friendly and engaging in conversation. I felt extremely confident in the staff and their abilities to do all tests required. Appointments were easy to make, were extremely flexible to my schedule and they made any and all accommodations I needed to be apart of my trials. I am ecstatic to be apart of my clinical trial and so grateful for the open line of communication. I feel like I'm apart of something bigger.

I have an essential tremor and was so excited to see NTXCT have trials. It can be very difficult with tremors when participating in different activities. I truly believe the staff and doctors are passionate and concerned with your well being and want to be part of finding a solution to whatever ails you. Basia rocks!! She is such a kind person to hang out with during the trial periods always making sure I am comfortable. I would highly recommend!!

All the technicians are so nice they help answer any questions that you have you can call them anytime if you have questions I've been in a few surveys and this is the best one I've been in it's just not enough I can say about North Texas clinical trials people the doctor John and Michael have all been very big help
