Cold called me during dinner despite my being on the do not call list. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor they said "We don't do that." When I mentioned it was a $50,000 fine for violating the do not call list they hung up on me and blocked my number.

Calling every day for over a week straight should be bad enough, but I'd say it's beyond ridiculous call my daughter 11 times in a day, and this is after being informed they are calling an 11 year old. With these kinds of practices, I would heavily question any and all results from every survey they conduct.

I wish I had something positive to say about them but I don’t. They hired me, then they pushed my training day from June 9th to the 23rd. I called all day practically on the 22nd just to make sure I’m still on the schedule and no one returned my calls. That’s basically their way of getting rid of people who has never done a call center before. It’s sad because if it’s like that, just say previous call center experience in your ad, it’s not that hard.

You need to train the people you have randomly calling people asking questions that I'm not gonna answer unless you can explain to me who you are, who you work for why you're calling and what you intend on doing with the information. And when the end result and the answer is, " we are going to do nothing with the information." Then please tell me why in the heck are you calling to begin with if this information serves no purpose? Then why are you doing it? I'm quite sure there's gotta be a reason. So maybe you should train your people better to answer questions
when they actually call somebody that wants the answers before answering any of your silly questions. Especially personal ones when it pertains to me or my family. Do you have any idea how many questions I actually had to ask before even getting the real answer as to the company the person worked for that was calling me to begin with.

They sent me letter to take a survey with an access code and when I tried to start the survey it appears you are not eligible. So what is the point to mail me letter and tell me you are selected to complete a survey. Looks like a scam!
