Fabulous gem of a restaurant in a small town. Food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Service is super friendly and attentive. Many great menu choices makes you want to come back for more. The decor and unusual lighting touches make for a great atmosphere. Lots of wood and lights that have been crafted, re-engineered for an amazing addition. Great burgers and pizza. Some evenings have live entertainment with a Nashville type feel. There is a small outdoor patio in front. A perfect small town restaurant.

Fast and polite service, felt right at home. Very nice rustic atmosphere with good music. They just started doing breakfast service and that’s what I stopped in for. Breakfast was incredible, got the Eggs Arnold. Highly recommend this spot!!

"Air-hockey puck, burned burger patties." I would love to give 4-5 stars to this gem. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is unique, warm, and fun. But we experienced a large gap in quality between items we ordered from the menu. We came when it was not busy, around an hour and a half before close, but waited 45 minutes for the appetisers to come. They were out of pasta, so we had to settle for other menu items. We would have ordered more mozzarella sticks had we known there were only 4, (7 in our party). The onion rings were good and plenty. The 2 pizzas we ordered were delicious. But the "smash burgers" were pathetic. I ordered loaded fries with it (minus bacon bits), but received regular fries instead. If I'm paying more than $10 for a burger, I expect to find more than an ounce of beef on it. Everything about the burger was great except the meat. It was burned beyond reason and a fraction of the size of a McDonald's happy meal patty, (A day later, I went to Five Guys and got 4 times the amount of meat for the same price as Nobel's).
I was so hungry, but I couldn't bring myself to eat the blackened, hard, 1/8" thick dry air-hockey puck patty, (not even a solid patty, like someone took a few crumbs of ground beef and smashed it against 400° for 40 minutes). I complained kindly to the staff and asked for it to be remade. I waited another 30 minutes for the replacement and loaded fries. Again, it was burned to a crisp and the patty only slightly bigger than the last.
If you're going to keep this on the menu, and you want me to change my review to 5 stars, you need to start with a 1/2 lb of meat and cook to Medium or less, (measure the meat and use a timer). You lose everything good from the meat when you cook it that much.

This was a really nice surprise, the food was great, it came out pretty quickly, the restaurant itself is well decorated, the prices are reasonable. This place exceeded my hopes for a local restaurant. Only areas that could improve are rather minor, the table layout could use some work (one it too close to the door) and the napkins are not very functional. Overall I strongly recommend this restaurant!

This place has so much potential but alas, it does not take advantage of the heavy traffic and being one of only a couple places to eat in this town. Instead, you’ll be greeted with a restaurant full of tables that hadn’t been cleaned in what looks to have been hours and asked if would like to be seated at the only clean table right next to the front door. After we asked to wait for them to clean a booth for us, she left us to do just that. Meanwhile, we saw that not one server had come out to check on any tables and one table looked like they had been waiting for a bit to have their order taken. After waiting about 10 minutes and watching the server not be in much of a hurry to clear a booth for us, we walked out and went to Rojas, where we received prompt attention, good food and fast service. What’s funny is the folks who stood in line behind us at Nobels showed up at Rojas a few minutes after we did, probably for the same reasons we left. What a shame this place doesn’t take better care of their patrons. With the great location and beautiful space, they could make a killing.

The people, food, and atmosphere are superb!!! I stopped here because another restaurant close by was doing trivia night and it's close to impossible to get good service or a table during this time. I am glad I chose this little slice of heaven. The food was excellent and service unparalleled. Nobles offers a great experience that won't leave your wallet empty. Great prices!!!! Highly recommend.... but wear your eating pants... you will need them! Only downside is lack of gluten free option but they do their best to accommodate.

We ordered a small pizzas, and onion rings were delicious. The server was nice but lacked server courtesy. The appetizer was served with no plates. So, you are holding your food between bites. The music was loud and could not hear our waitress.
