Simply the worst. We’ve lived all over the US, and NGX has to be the worst ISP we’ve ever had. Completely unreliable and unresponsive. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Very sorry service. Everytime it rains we start having problems. The internet service quits working, sometime in is very short, other times it goes off and stays off. I have called them they dont seem to have a fix for it, all you get is excuses. And it takes several days to get a call back

Becareful they'll charge you for their mistake not even try to fix it asked to talk to a manager it's been 2 weeks no call back. I've tried calling all they've told me is manager is not in when I call but to not worry manager has me in mind.
