Best internet in the area, I had them when I lived outside city limits, ordering and setup are super easy, and fast and the technician was very professional and friendly. My mom also uses NEXT and the service is extremely reliable, nearly never experience lag, even with uploading on her pc, streaming on the TV, downloads and games on my computers and streaming on my phone. This internet has gone above and beyond expectations, and it never has blackouts, always able to get Internet. The only downside is you can't get it in city limits...

Terrible customer service, nothing but BeeEss excuses and attitude. Longest timeframe to establish service I’ve ever seen. If you can’t provide service hire more people! Why are they allowed to have a monopoly?

I’ve been a customer since May. Not counting the Memorial Day storms, I’ve had lost connection issues with my tv twice now. I also have freeze frame for a few seconds in the programs every five minutes or so. That’s annoying and shouldn’t happen. Customer service otherwise is good

I absolutely love NEXT!! The internet speed is great. I have plenty of channels on the television. I have only had 1 issue and made a call to the help line and the customer service rep was friendly and very helpful. I had a technician out to my house in no time, he replaced the box and I have not had any trouble since. I highly recommend NEXT!

Waited 5 years for fiber optic to reach us in our rural area. Every second was worth the wait. NAEC/Next representatives were ALL professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier! NEXT worked with me during Covid when my job required me to work from home. We have had zero problems with connectivity and streaming. We disconnected our satellite service and always have 5 phones, 5-6 televisions, tablets and laptops all going at once with no lagging or other issues. Pricing is definitely reasonable, as well! Highly recommend!

Love it! Once we were able to get it at our home we immediately got it. We haven’t had a problem at all. We can stream shows now, downloads are immediate, wifi signal reaches a long way. Customer Service is awesome and paying online is easy. Love the whole setup!
