I did a study here a few years ago, and it was great. I can’t recommend them anymore though. I tried to get in another study, and it has been a disaster. I had a sports event prior to my screening appointment, and strenuous exercise can cause your lab work to be messed up due to creatine levels, so I called to ask if it would be ok to still do the sports event. They said yes that they weren’t really looking at that. I failed my screening due to creatine levels. They rescheduled me to come back to recheck, so I could still be in the study. They ended up cancelling the appointment, and rescheduling for a couple of weeks later. I got to the next appointment, and they said they tried to get in touch with me the day before. The study had ended. This entire time there have been communication issues. They say they can’t call me as it says my phone is disconnected. Nobody else has this problem on my phone. I even had it checked with AT&T, and they say there’s no problem. They had been texting me, and said they texted me the day before my appointment. I didn’t receive anything. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience.
