Your drivers are parking EVERYDAY on my sidewalk and I will be calling a towing company if this happens again.

There is a note saying to not park there, and our building has a place where vans can park for pick up and drop off. So, there are no excuses, these people are being LAZY!

Not only they park for deliveries to our building, but they go over to all other buildings around, staying for a long time on our driveway.

Tomorrow, I will be calling a tow company if I can see your team again.

Before you all go out and add more customers maybe you should fix the camera system in AI first since you like flagging drivers for speeding 20 mi over the speed limit because your system is detecting we're on the outer road when we're actually on the damn Highway. Which is affecting our the driver's metrics of the a driverI app you're basically trying to get someone fired because your computer system don't know how to determine the road that the driver's on simple as that simple as that. How about you fix your system before you add a bunch more companies. How about you have better responses to the challenges when the manager submits it saying it was a false accusation when you can clearly see the 60 MPH speed limit in your video but yet you still say the speed limit was 40 miles per hour how about you fix your system

From my experience their Camera gives close to 80/1 false alerts.
If you watch 80 alert videos maybe 1 has questionable driver behavior.
I get that they need to justify their existence but most of what they provide alert wise is a waste of time.

As everyone giving a review of the netradyne camera systems has posted a very accurate and true statement. This system has been in our trucks for 2 months noting but problems inaccurate scores false reporting from the cameras that's when they are even working personally I've had my camera inoperable for 2 weeks out of 2 months. And if you need to contact customer support good luck they are located in a foreign country and no help at all. Too bad you cannot give negative stars. This system sucks

As an Amazon driver myself that has to deal with your crappy cameras, i wish this company never existed!!! You guys absolutely suck with the “safety” crap to where it’s very annoying. You guys are the reason why more incidents happen on the road from Amazon, transit agencies, etc. Makes cameras that actually work for other things that’s not for companies that involve driving!!! And destroy that contract you have with Amazon while you’re at it.

Camera system is a joke. "Trains drivers" the same way Pavlov trains dogs - beating them over the head. System is not usable to drivers and often inaccurate

This company takes actual pride in bringing 1984 into reality. This whole thing about it being about "safety" is utter nonsense. The point of this is surveillance and to allow Big Daddy Amazon to continuously micromanage people now with AI.

Netradyne claims it cares about privacy which is total hogwash. If you cared about privacy this company wouldn't exist in the first place. Shame on the people who make profits on this.
