The guy prints good work quickly. I wouldn't 4-star him just because of lack of housekeeping. He gets done what I need done every single time. That's more than I can say for most businesses these days.

They’ve had my laptop for 6 months. I haven’t received 1 cal for update, and every time I call he ask me what color was my laptop. He always ask for my name and number and say he will check and cal back. I have yet to receive a phone call.
