In the last year, we've bought multiple pieces of furniture from here. A couch and recliner to be exact. Both times were great experiences. Scotty was the sales associate who helped us both times. He was very knowledgeable of the products he had on the floor and in the stock room. He made sure the pieces he showed us were within our budget and too our liking. When my husband wanted to test out an electric recliner, scotty didn't hesitate he grabbed an extension cord from the back and plugged it in. Overall, it was a great experience every time.

I used to enjoy buying what I needed from this location. We have been a top buyer from there for over 4 years or more. We have always paid our stuff off which we have bought over a dozen things from them. But still they freaking Call and bug us to "remind" us. Well after so many it's starting to get annoying. This will be the last time we purchase anything from them.

Randy and all the guys there are awesome. They are always trying to find the best deals for us. And willing to come all the way out to my house if I have ANY concerns, no matter how small. They treat you like family. I love it!! ❤️

Most of the time I have no issue at all, however I wouldn’t waste your time on the insurance. I’ve been waiting nearly three months for my replacement loveseat and keep getting told every week it’ll be in the next.

Love renting here. It really helps when in a pinch and need something NOW then if you find yourself a cheaper one and want to return your item you can no problem and you can pay wkly or monthly. Great fun place to lol great customer service

Huge fan of this place. Never had any complaints about anything or anyone that works here. The staff gives off this very good family vibe and are very considering. The stuff is not overpriced and always within a decent budget. 😀

Actually my complaint is with the auto rental service ran by Charlie Luthrey. I came in a few weeks ago to rent a vehicle and paid 500 deposit and I paid a month rent because I wanted to be on a monthly pay and not a weekly. He only had one car to choose from so I accepted it because I needed a vehicle. Within a few days the engine light came on, which they pay for repairs but ypu have to still make time to take them and pick them up. We called back and told him we needed another vehicle because the engine light came back on in a few days after getting it back. His policy is you have to wait 6 months to change vehicles. After two weeks of a headache I went elsewhere to buy a vehicle and took rental back. Guess what? No refund for the time I had paid. So if you go here keep in mind that he is really nice when you are paying him and know the book as well as he does before you rent.

I bought something from Aaron's before they sold their accounts here because I needed something on my credit. I verified on 2 occasions with 2 different employees that they still report to credit even though the account was sold. I again verified on the day I went in to pay the item off. 2 months later it was not on my credit. I called the store and was advised that I obviously spoke to 3 different liars on all of my previous visits. A manager will call me back after looking into my situation. That was at least a month ago so there must be a LOT of investigation going on.
