Ich bin seit Jahren Patient beim NCT
Die Ärzte sind kompetent und bemüht.
Leider bekommt man bei jeden neuen Termin einen anderen Arzt "vorgesetzt"
was ich sehr bedauere,gerade als Krebspatient wäre es bessere wenn die Ärzte nicht wechseln würden. Wie soll da ein Vertrauen aufgebaut werden?
Bei manchen hat man das Gefühl, das man nur eine " Nummer" ist.
Mein Fazit: auch das NCT ist ein Wirtschaftsfaktor

Eigentlich 0 Sterne wären gut. Gesetzlich versicherte Patienten sind hier Pat. der 3. Klasse. Die Damen am Empfang sind extrem ungeeignet für diesen Job was den Kontakt zu Pat. betrifft. Wenn ich solche Mitarbeiter hätte, wären sie längst gekündigt. Schade, dass es so ist bei einem nationalen Tumorzentrum.

Also wir möchten hier mal eine Lanze für alle dort Beschäftigten brechen.
Nach einem Rückfall wurden wir ins NCT überwiesen und haben in allen Bereichen bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, pünktlich zum Termin aufgerufen und eine sehr kompetente Ärztin !!
PS: nein meine Frau ist keine Privatplatientin!

Wurde doch tatsächlich ein an Krebs erkrankter Angehöriger gefragt, ob man denn eine Bestrahlung machen solle. Dass ein Arzt sich nicht sicher sei, ob auf dem Bild Tumore zu erkennen sind oder nicht, ist ja vollkommen in Ordnung. Aber den Patienten zu fragen, zeugt von absoluter Unsicherheit. Zwei Sterne, weil das Zentrum gut ausgestattet ist.
