*Update*And a heads up to drivers to check on this if you have both skidded coils and a single coil. After waiting all night the new morning crew informs us that this is TWO STOPS and we have been waiting all night at the second stop. no mention of that at pick up or HERE last night. No mention of that by the broker either. Now there is a line of trucks waiting at both stops.

This morning your guy said well they are not in receiving- the crew that works overnight when we asked why they didn't tell us that last night. Last night he said "if it's not a hot load I'll get in trouble" and looked at the paperwork and the load, implying that yes he does receive hot loads there at night.

Subtracting 1 star for every hour your night manager in the warehouse stares at us through your open doors and lights as we sit in your dock with hurricane Helene heading north. Ran out of stars.

Not sure which is worse, that your employees and management don't have the authority or just are not willing to make a decision to unload a truck before 6am for fear of getting in trouble. This is our first and will be our last time delivering here. Not an ounce of understanding for fellow man that could have given us the chance to be 8 hours ahead of the gusting tropical storm force winds as we drive south tomorrow. He just said it's not a hot load 🤷🏻... so instead he'll just watch us sit here in the weather during his entire shift...he will then get into his personal vehicle that isn't high profile and empty and drive safe and sound to his nearby home.

Compassion is dead. Hopefully we won't be.
