There's nothing worse than being put in hold when you need help with an issue. Recently My Choice Software delighted me. What luck, and on top of that the friendly customer service tech solved my issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Ordered the Windows upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Once the correct file was sent ( they sent the wrong file originally) I downloaded it but need tech support to get it running. It is working fine. The two tech support people I dealt with were excellent. Would buy their products again.
