Some good people working here. But, I’ll be honest and state the truth. Some of the staff won’t work. You seem them playing on their phones or looking up junk online and as soon as you try to book a flight they’ll tell you that they can’t. So why are you on the clock?

I’ve been waiting for over an hour just to book a flight. They don’t care about my time but I’m sure they care about their commission.

I purchased Disneyland tickets and the ladies there were so helpful. It's been a couple of years since I bought tickets from LTS but they gave me all the information I needed. Information on the parks and hotel were a plus when I was waiting to pay for the military salute tickets.
