We are always taken care of and appreciate the service we receive. We have been a long time customer for over 10 years and we have stayed there because of this reason. We have rented to own instruments, bought a brand new one from them, and brought a couple more under their care using the IMA maintenance program, as well as taking flute lessons in house. Every time we need assistance with repairs we have been able to borrow a loaner instrument until ours was done. We have been happy with the repair quality. They always try to make things run smoothly and help us where they can with a special instance or request. I have mainly worked with Will, but have worked with Zak and Jess quite often. They know us by name which goes a very long way with customer service. We always get the best service and we very much appreciate it. We are down to our last two years of band, but we will continue to use them as long as possible.

Not impressed at all with their guitar lessons. We signed up the end of May and in the last two and a half months we’ve only had 2 lessons at our regularly scheduled time. Most weeks the lesson was canceled and rescheduled, which doesn’t work if you’re a family with a busy schedule. Her teacher never knew what song she was working on (with my daughter) because the lessons were so inconsistent. It was a total waste of time and money.

Great small music store
They have amazing customer service, and take time with every customer. Staff is very patient when working with musicians of any age. Staff is also very efficient at helping out seasoned musicians with their various needs.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Great selection and variety of items at prices cheaper than the major music stores. I went in to get bari sax reeds for my nephew but their prices was so great that I also got him a tuner/metronome and bell storage bag for his Christmas presents.

Super helpful staff. We stopped in an hour before close tonight because our son's clarinet is having issues. The gentleman who helped us got us a loaner instrument to use while we there and got our clarinet taken in so it can be cleaned and fixed, and we were done in less than 15 minutes. Patient, helpful, and efficient. Thank you!

Wowie! What an incredible experience did I have here the other day. I've been trying to pick up the guitar again, and had no clue what kind of strings to get for my banged up guitar, but thanks to Jessica and Will helping me out, they helped me restring, clean, and pick out a new strap for my guitar. Everything turned out a-ok. Thanks gang!

Had an acoustic guitar restrung there yesterday by Jessica. Flawless, painless and she did well. Other music store close by wanted $25 for labor plus strings. Thank you Jessica for being great. She's a keeper.
