I have worked on and off for MSI , I have worked in the office as a recruiter . Over the five years I have worked here I have been treated with respect and dignity. I also get my paycheck on time and there isn’t any issues . I read these comments below and I can not believe what I have just read . The owners of this company is one of the best people you could ever ask for as a boss and a mentor. If you are looking for a career this is the company you call first . This is the company that is in it to make sure you have a permanent place to go to and make a career .. if I could give more then 5 stars I would . Thank you MSI for always being there for me and my family and helping me meet my career goals.

Started working through MSI about 2 months ago. I was told I'd be starting at 14$ hr, and ended up going a month only making 13$ hr. When I had found this out I was told that I would be reimbursed the following week. Its been over a month and still nothing. Things started out great with this company but I would heavily advise staying on top of your pay as they will make it out to be your fault.

Marty Lowe is VERY unprofessional and uses the excuse that he is to busy to deal with people and the money that Msi owes their emoployes. Hardly can catch the man on the phone and if you do, yoy better make sure to record it because he will change his story. He wont tell you what you need and if you tell him that he didnt tell you, he will throw a temper tantrum and say (yell) "I know for a fact that I did."

I quit my job Wednesday, September 5th, 2018 because how I was treated (very disrespected), it took me until today to write/type this review, (I needed time to cool off) and also needed to find out who was the actual owner to report, the mistreatment I encountered; her and her husband own it. So I just decided to let people know through a review on Google and hope the people trying to have a job here see it, so it doesn't happen to them. Lets start with Wednesday the 5th; I was cleaning, she was watching me, so were others; she told me she would like to meet with me, I said okay, she said 11:15 a.m., I went on and finished my cleaning duties for the day. Supposedly I was getting complaints and I said okay hold on I took my phone out because I knew who she was talking about (Not naming the business) trashed their own office and excepted me to clean it. Well she did too. Yes, I was the cleaning lady but what they did was unacceptable (I honestly don't think they'll leave their house looking like that especially) and when I tried telling her this, ohhh, she didn't like it. She already had an attitude from the start and end but I asked nicely to stop with attitude/yelling and she didn't, so I said I quit, I'm not fixing to be talked to that way when I did nothing wrong. So instead of giving her the Master Keys because she truly upset me because I was kind, I went to the other side to drop the keys off and when I did she saw that I was with the boss on the other side, so she decided to literally run down the steps and shoes that she would have hurt herself in, while I'm rolling up my window as we speak because I'm already going to leave to go to school that I had that day but she continued to run down the stairs as she watching me leaving, just flipped out and almost break my window, asking me to leave, with her watch and screaming at me again saying she's recording. There were cameras of her acting a fool, for no reason. Now, this day is Thursday, September 6th, 2018. I got an email at 11 something a.m.. while I'm walking in the back room I asked her if I could record the meeting because I don't want what happened yesterday to happen again and well she threatened me with cops already when all I did was sit down for a meeting I didn't consent too, the email only said checks, NO MEETING involved. She told me if i didn't shut my mouth (which I only opened it 3 times) she was going to call the cops and escort me out and I would not get my checks. She also told me if I didn't have this meeting with her I would have not gotten my checks either; I told her if she was going to be that way then I would rather have a legal document saying that my mother can pick up my checks, she said NO, I will make sure your mother can't get them for you. she told me I was only allowed on property if I was taking my mother to work and all I told her was you forgot my stepdad and even when I said that she cut me off telling me to shut my mouth or she will call the cops on me, and also if I don't let her lead the meeting she was going to call the cops on me as well just because I said you forgot my dad (My parents have only one car from my mother's wreck)( so they need my help sometimes).After all of that I kept my mouth shut and let her lead the meeting so nothing bad happened to me because I honestly thought she will lie to the cops and just say I assaulted her, is how scared I was. I should have called the cops on her and when I got to the building the more that I think about it because it was for my safety and she held me against my will with a meeting I didn't consent to. I was just there to get my checks, like the email I have only saying checks, NO MEETING! also I believe if I would have called the cops before everything happened she would have never had the meeting with me because what she did was highly illegal.

I had been working for them over 2 months and was in a traffic jam in Chattanooga on the way to work and when I showed up 5 mins late I was fired terrible place don't recommend at all
