Monarch did a poor job on my home sale. Their communication was poor and their team seemed unqualified. Most of these reviews are realtors and some are even relatives of the new owners. There are much better title companies in the area.

We had a 30 day escrow and Lauren was efficient, organized, kept everyone informed of process & time-lines, responded immediately to inquiries and was accurate with all her work.
