Easy to access, staff is extremely patient and knowledgeable. They do their best to explain things and will spend the time to guide individuals to the right places. They DO NOT give legal advice-there was one instance of someone yelling at one of them about this, and they handled it very, very well. If you need legal advice, people NEED to understand government offices CANNOT give it. Yelling at a clerk doesn't change that. They can advise on rules, ordinance, and code. They can treat you with respect- and please be someone who in turn treats them with respect, too! They handled all my questions and took care of my issue on the spot. Fantastic office.
