Excellent labs. I had a chance to visit the building and the labs, and I was amazed with the tools they have. They have cutting edge labs and technology to study variety of cancer conditions. We were introduced that they are planning to build a new building in Pasco county, which is interesting and makes the center more attractive. I met one of the Faculty members and they introduced what they do and the methods they use to predict the diseases. Anyone who wants to do research, want a career in Cancer Biology, the Moffitt Cancer Center is the place you should consider for sure. I like and recommend for everyone.

This is strictly 1 star for valet...used valet all week and it was very efficient. Then we waited 10-15 minutes for our car which one of the lead valets Nick was curious enough to wonder what was taking so long. Eventually our car showed up but when we got home our key fob would no longer lock or unlock the doors. We had a locksmith technician the next day tell us the key could have been reset by the valet by pressing/mashing the buttons trying to find the car by the using alarm/ panic button followed by locking and unlocking. $200 fix, we still have treatments but we will never valet at this or any other establishments from now on. We mentioned thus today at the valet stand and they didn't care which i knew they wouldn't.

Today my first day of orientation, I'm the only one who doesn't speak English. I get a dark lady , I look ugly , I wonder the name of my supervisor and if I did the interview, of course I said yes at that moment this lady didn't like me and said that it was wrong and it didn't work. I described myself, it made me feel very happy in the orientation they explain respect, not discrimination, etc. because it was the first thing they did with me, without counting the 3 Americans who are with me and they look at me very badly.

I’m here because of my Dad and his prostate cancer. Everything has been fantastic our 3rd trip here except today. We are at the food court and the experience was horrible. Food was good price and tasted good but the attitude of the employees was horrible. I wanted to pay extra for a side of pickled onions and I was referred to speak to a supervisor. First and last time at the food court in here…… such a shame excellent execution everywhere else

Traumatizing. Employees are nasty, last check up I was there from 9am- 7pm because the radiology department didn’t check me in correctly. Also, the radiology department mixed me up with another patient and proceeded to scare my wife with false information. I have anxiety and PTSD the employees don’t act with trauma informed care, they retaliate instead of understanding anxiety/anger relationship. I come to the hospital to be helped not to be terrified. The position of fear that I’ve been placed in has not helped my anxiety or PTSD… Moffitt has added to it. This is not me, it’s the unprofessional behavior and lack of trauma informed care. My wife is a witness to the behaviors exhibited by Moffitt radiology staff. Moffitt personal have done a lot of harm to me and I’m terrified to go back; however, Dr. Spiece is one of the best Urologist in the country and best in Florida… I’m there for his care. Moffitt administration there is a problem! Fix it! I’m not going through what I went through last year! Someone needs to communicate with me and tell me the plan for fixing the problems Moffitt knows to exist.
