I wouldn't recommend this place the lady in the back seemed extremely rude that I even called and when I showed up in person was not treated any differently. The man that was there more than willing to help me but the woman seemed like it was a terrible inconvenience for her to even attempt.

Terrible communication and customer service. Ordered business cards, was told I would have them the following Monday or Tuesday, Thursday at the latest. Called Thursday to get an order status. Gentleman who answered the phone said someone was out sick and would give me a call back quickly to give me an update. Few days go by, I again call to get an update and am told that the file needed to be in a different format. This is frustrating because I spent quite a bit of time with them when ordering, going through, the file, and the details for the card. Waste of time. A simple phone call, email, text, or any attempt at all to let me know this should have been standard practice. Won’t do business with them going forward.

Highly recommend them for your printing needs! Always very accommodating. Fast turnaround time. Excellent customer service. Reasonable prices. I’m a graphic designer and use them regularly for projects. So glad they are here in Wentzville!

Mike is so knowledgeable and gives great customer service! My business cards and gift certificates I had printed came out with such great color! Not to mention their rates were a lot lower in cost! Quality, affordable, I will go here and not anywhere else!

They are amazing at what they do And have gotten me out of a few pinches I was in when I had a time crunch come up. If you need anything with your logo on it this is the place to go they also do a really good job at putting together portfolio pictures.

David and his team are incredible. They designed beautiful postcards for me, they get my EDDM out in a timely manor, they've done shirts, business cards, yard signs, door hangers, etc. I highly recommend them.
