Needs a drop box at all times for paperwork. I've driven out of my way 2x now trying to get paperwork turned in. Had to mail it and we all know that's not reliable.
People are nice and helpful when they are actually at the front window

This office is useless I spent the last of my money 3 different times and they are ALWAYS closed. Closed with a parking lot full of workers. At least put a drop box in the door or shut down completely at this location. Why keep it open if they aren’t going to be open during the week?

I am changing my review. Even though I had to drop off paperwork I had already faxed. I think they are overwhelmed and do their best. I am praying they can fix my situation but realize I am not the only one that needs help. They need more funding or other agencies to step up and help people out.

For a place that's only open 2 days a week, you'd think they keep the doors open till 5pm. Been there twice now and doors are locked by 430 445.
