Jackie Rodriguez is amazing she explained the study with me, she scheduled my appt right away with Julie. They scheduled my Uber trip. Best caring staff, Jackie called me back to check up how everything went. I will recommend my family and friends for any clinical research, you might have available for them.

I've seen Dr.Keila Hoover since 2015-2016 in her old office where it was small at the time so they had valet. Here at the new office, it being BIGGER and all... you wait here for hours even AFTER your scheduled appointment time and the customer service has truly disintegrated. Very unprofessional seeing the front desk people always argue with each other about who gets to get charged and who doesn't. Very unprofessional seeing walk-ins taken in BEFORE YOU, again, even after having a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I've given them I try for years for my annuals since they moved to their new location and prior but today was absolutely the last straw. Oh and not to mention, I've seen COUNTLESS amount of people argue with the front desk because they charge 50-70$ just to PICK UP ur bloodwork (they say it's because ur seeing a physician/np even after your initial charge when u first show up to your regular check up -Goodluck to the future of Premium Healthcare-- your inconsistent customer service really SHINES thru and makes me HAPPILY find a different primary 🤗 Adios 😂

Never done this before, Jacqueline made me feel right at home, she’s so knowledge and kind. The place is safe of the art and they even have valet parking to top it off. I’d go do a study again with her anytime !

I was a little nervous at first but Jackie made it all worth while! A bit of a wait time, but the place was clean, professional and Jackie really makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humor!

I have never been treated so poorly by a medical establishment. The receptionist ,Ivette was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Had an appointment at 8:00 am and at 10:00 am had still not been seen. When I asked Ivette the receptionist, she rudely said, “it can be an hour or three I don’t know go talk with the people downstairs.” All this while other walk in’s came in and out. I would highly recommend you find another imaging place as this place was the worst.
