I am beyond upset! My doctor ordered a STAT ultrasound due to some scary symptoms and I got scheduled for an appointment here and while scheduling gave my insurance information and was told I am good to go! Then drove 30 minutes to the appointment just for them to tell me they in fact do NOT take my insurance. If you aren’t going to fully check if insurance is taken at your location during the initial phone call then don’t lie to the patient and tell them they are good to go when they actually are not!

Despite being a convenient location, expect to be waited about 20-30 minutes after your initial appointment time. Doesn’t matter if you arrive 20 minutes early. I don’t even know if they were short staffed but no information was given. Just staff goofing around. Crazy work! The reason for 2 stars was because a gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful during my X-ray. Had to include that

Most horrible experience. I scheduled my mom an CT scan on Sat.9th. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I called Friday to Confirm
Some one screwed up the scheduled and canceled my mom on the 31st. No notice. No reason. 1 hour drive to get to the appointment. What if I had not called. No one will own up to the mistake. Did not accommodate either. My mom need to see what is wrong. Now an even longer wait. Worst place ever. I still have not received the confirmation for the re scheduled on the 18th at 12:00. I guess I have to call again to make sure this is scheduled. I chose another facility.

If I could give a 0 I would I call to make sure I could get a xray and they tell me till 5 and when I get there at 445 they say they stopped it at 430 today. Why would they tell me 5 so it cost me 30$ in transportation to get there for nothing what a joke.

Reading the reviews I was nervous about coming here, but I couldn't have had a better experience. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be checked in, then Justin explained the procedure to me and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible for the MRI. I had results that afternoon. I thought (after leaving) I'd left my fitness band there, and the girl who called me later was as kind and understanding as could be....they'd looked everywhere for it, but I had found it in the meantime. It's no fun having to go for tests, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MI South. I found all the staff I encountered to be polite, helpful and pleasant.

Extremely let down by the professionalism at this place. I waited an hour after my appt for them to say “ I don’t see you on here” then immediately taken back (wasting an hour of my time). After the procedure I asked how to set up my chart… apparently I already had a my chart so they were “merging” charts? I was able to call customer support and set it up. My final mistake was made by leaving the waiting room. This place literally advertised same day results! I went back in an hour and half after my procedure for results the receptionist said let me go see what’s taking so long. She came back and literally said “the radiologist is reading them right now he said to stay here”. 10 minutes go by and the lady that did my procedure came out and told me the radiologist was gone. Honestly they should be ashamed. The receptionist that told me to wait didn’t have the stomach to look up from her phone to look me in the eye.

Nice to have a Sunday morning appointment. Besides running late which is pretty standard for most places, the receptionist was nice, and the tech was really nice, he had a great personality. Didn't receive any results but I did get my disc to take to my doctor's appointment this week. But they also said they would send them over to my doctor after 9am on Monday.

I had 2 MRI's and 8 x-rays on Monday April 10, 2023. Arrived at 8:40 am and per the sign wait until someone calls to help you. So I waited 3 minutes while 3 nurses sat behind the desk while one nurse played with and admired another's hair. When called upon the nurse who helped me, she was fairly nice. I had a man who performed the MRI's. Pleasant, friendly and told me step by step what to expect. Then I had a female technician who did the x-rays. Easy to work with and friendly. All in all it was a fairly pleasant visit. Yes, I would used them again, if needed.
