I just love all the ladies at Metabolic Research. Gaining weight then losing it is an emotional journey. It’s easier if you have people cheering you on! The program itself works. There is no gimmick, just good nutrition with real food. The “trick” is staying accountable by visiting the center frequently.

Most helpful people and great people that help with your weight loss . I went through a rough time with being overweight and was always depressed and unhappy with myself and finally to the next step to loose weight and now since I took that journey to loose weight I am feeling more confident about myself and feeling much better much more energy as well and I am so glad that I took that journey to loose this weight. It has been so good with the help of the ladies at this metabolic center and they are with you the whole journey and the support as well they have been with me from the beginning and they are with you all the way as well. These coaches are great and helped me a lot, was pre diabetic and cholesterol was so high my doctor put me on some medication instead of taking it; I researched a lot of different programs and decided on MRC and thank God I did because it works but I would definitely recommend you got to be willing to go through through all the steps and really work the program! It’s not cheap but works if you work it!!!
