Truly one of the easiest programs to follow! Lots of recipes and ideas to enjoy. The coaches at the center are very helpful in guiding you in your weight loss journey! They celebrate each milestone with you and work with you if you hit a slump. Beyond grateful for them and the amazing program!

MRC Fayetteville has been the only weight loss center that I have been able to stick to a program and lose the weight. The staff are all very nice and helpful in your journey! And I love that you get one on one time at each visit.

I have been greatly impressed with the program and staff at Metabolic Research-Fayetteville. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping the coaching and weigh in session from feeling like a trip to the principals office. It's more of a conversation about how you are doing and how can they help. This is the first program where I have lost weight and I have tried several. I'm excited to be getting physically back to where I was.

I have been going to MRC in Fayetteville for 3 weeks now lost 6pounds and although it doesn’t sound like much it has increased my energy and I feel like my clothes are getting more loosely! They are the nicest people and keep me excited to get on the scale. I message them on the text line about different questions I have about different things and get back with me in a timely manner. I appreciate them more than I could tell them! Thank you for your help and thank you for the motivation!

The staff at MRC Fayetteville is awesome. They are so encouraging and with some difficult heath problems they research everything and make sure you are on the right path and only recommend things that will help you stay healthy. They are the greatest!, thank you for everything you do for me
