I have enjoyed this program and have seen great results these past few months. All of the staff are so helpful and very kind. If weightloss has been hard for you, give MRC a try. The program is super easy and the protein bars and drinks are yummy. =)

I started with MRC in march..so far i'm down 42 pounds. Sometimes i get very discouraged and want to quit. i hit plateaus and cant get past them but the ladies at this center are great...they encourage all the time. If they weren't so encouraging i would quit!! i am learning how to eat so much differently than before and am happier about that!! keep up the good work ladies you all are awesomesauce!!

Hello,
I want to share my success with you.
In April 2018 I came to the center and joined.
I had been diagnosed with type ll Diabetes requiring daily medication.
I am proud to tell you my blood sugar now runs in between 85-105.
My physician has cut my medication in half as well as medication for hypertension.
Cholesterol medication has been discontinued.
Please consider this program for your health and wellbeing.
The health coaches are helpful and encouraging.
They have become like family to me.
I have met my goal and I am so proud.
All of you can do the same.

This place is absolutely amazing these ladies are awesome I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. The scale did not move for me pound wise but it did in inches I have lost 13 inches in two weeks I am ecstatic.
