My experience dealing with Sarah Sarmento was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. She lacked follow through and professionalism and labeled me as a do not hire because of her inabilities. I am happy I took the assignment with another agency as this would have been the worst mistake in my career. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone else ever, but her manager Austin is a much better professional.
