Melanie is the best! I've worked in IT for 30 years so I know whereof I speak. I've had to have help with several laptops and software over the years. Her support is thorough, timely, and exactly what I needed. She identified issues caused by someone else who was supposed to be fixing issues but made them worse! I agree she's a technology goddess!
