Extreme buteaucratic toxicity.
Does not deserve its notoriety at all.

While they do a great job administering vitals and infusions they are rarely on schedule. 3 out of 4 visits we waited between 40min to over an hour. I think they are understaffed because each time we went the center was not crowded in the least– very quiet. The only explanation we ever got was that the nurse was on lunch break. In contrast, the MSK Breast Cancer Center and the Koch facilities both pretty much stay within a half-hour of the appointment, even when very busy.
