I'm the owner of a small online bookstore, and in March 2016 I hired M-Connect Media to make some changes to a module on my website that they didn't create. They communicated well with me, and gave me a good idea of the time and money they needed to get the job done. My contact Darshit kept in touch with me about their progress all along, and also did some extra work for me upon request. The changes ended up being fine, with the site working perfectly, so I was quite happy with the service. I recommend them M-Connect, and will consider using them again!

Your project is always in a good hand when the requirements are heard properly, understood well and in detail. As we all do, I initially contacted many other companies to explore my options. MConnectMedia was one of those.

They stood up amongst all;
#1 because of their local presence
# 2 they understood the requirement and sent me in writing entire project plan with minute details covering the scope of each change and new features. Also, with the time required to complete it
#3 I had a vote of confidence when I saw their work on multiple technologies
#4 Clearly drafted inclusions and exclusions and clarity in quote which majority of other companies I explored had not disclosed in their initial document and few didn't even want to discuss until I was ready to move further.
#5 I was made aware of other cost-effective and efficient options.

During the project was in development, constant update on the status was provided. They do all of it starting from implementing, testing and then training. I hired them to even manage my website and support as needed!
