The management as well as their employees are rude, sarcastic and neglectful to the clients they are supposed to serve. They treat these people, grown adults, like they are step children they don't really like. They try to take as much away from individuals as they can. My daughter is one that needs extra assistance being nearly blind and never received it. She refuses to use the bathroom there because the staff will not assist her at all. Despite all these things being in her IEP her entire life. The staff are there to hang out and get a check. They do not care at all for the welfare of the people they are supposed to be helping.

Me Being a consumer, I love it here! Awesome Staff, I know a couple of the other Consumers, and we like to joke around and all, but no hateful comments whatsoever, we have fun everyday, and everyday is something new or something old, but still fun!

Absolutely awful staff, they don't treat people right and barely communicate with employees or clients. Do not recommend these people at all.

Rudest managers/leads ever. Screaming in the background... yelling about being asked questions.... how can people who behave like this run a Mental Heath service!!? Unacceptable. Just breathe. Take some of your own medicine.
