If you like getting woken up by calls late at night wanting you to participate in a survey (most likely a scam) then this is the company for you. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow. I’m tired of the calls all the time and inconsideration and disregard of the legal times you are allowed to make these calls. They are breaking several laws calling during off hours and calling numbers that are on the National do not call list.

I have never ever heard of this company nor have I even had or shown any interest on whatever they're doing. I don't know what they wanted nor do I care. All I know is they are violating the DNC from FCC by calling my number. Each Three calls were from different numbers with the same Caller ID ( MAXRESINC ) I would report these guys to the FCC and have them get a fine for not following the FCC rules on DNC numbers but with my service provider that I have. The calls were blocked from ever reaching through on my end. I guess in the end, these guys will call any random numbers. Thank goodness for call screening. By the way all three numbers that they used all showed up as spam calls.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been calling my office for over a month at least three times a day and I have asked them to remove our number every single time they call. Every time I am met with a "I'm so sorry I'll personally do that right now" but obviously that's their line to spew when they know they will be calling again. Just this morning I have asked them two times within a one hour period to stop calling our offices. It's incredibly unprofessional and walking the border of harassment at this point. Every other telemarketing company has more common decency towards our business than this poorly run service.

Numerous hang up calls daily! Finally caught a call while home and, after finally being able to interrupt the caller, asked politely to be removed from their list. (Yes, we are on Do Not Call lists, for whatever that's worth!) Still receiving multiple calls on a daily basis. Just off the phone with them, yet again, this time not so polite, telling them to STOP THE CALLS!

2 hang-up calls yesterday. 3rd time I asked caller to take my phone number off their call list. I was rudely told they do not have to be compliant with do not call registry. Hoping to get rid of them I answered today. I was told they would ask two questions. They wanted my birth year, then I had to rate politicians from 0 to 100, 100 being ' warm and fuzzy" Seriously So I played along. About 10 names in I said, " I thought I'd be answering 2 questions. I received a curt response of " I never said that maa'm" That was it, a rude response gets no more questions answered. I told her to never call my # again. I'll just hang up on them if they call back.

Protip: they’ll only stop calling you if you explicitly state “ADD ME TO THE DO-NOT-CALL LIST”. Make sure you tell them these exact words if you want them to leave you alone or else they won’t stop.

Really shady and unprofessional practices are used by this company. They’ll harass you about answering political surveys and relentlessly call you back even if you tell them numerous times to leave you alone.

Maximum Research (MR) is typical of a front company resource center. They will call your business and remain silent waiting to hear a negative response such as screaming or swearing after repeated calls. If you are a business, you might find a negative Google review or end up in a chat room with negative commentary if you took the bait. If they actually speak to you, they will attempt to get any information they can sell to anyone. Because you’re being told a call center is involved, it gives MR some cover. They can deflect blame.
Do not speak with this company and file immediate complaints about the phone number you receive a call from with the FCC. List it as a "privacy" issue so that the FCC files it with your phone company which will result in quicker action and help serve notice on MR. As a final note, most of these companies do not function in a legitimate way if you get my point.

Calls at 7pm from an area code matching yours, about issues in a state you don’t live in, from a New Jersey based business. Nice work clowns.
