Trey was my service adviser, I appreciate his help with having my tires mounted on my car. I had a usual request, being that the wheels were already removed from the car. My request was the remove the old tires and replace with the one I brought with me. He offered me a very fair price with excellent service. See my wife’s classic car.

Good service and honest people. Went in for a brake job to have all 4 pads replaced and rotors turned. Mechanic came back to advise only front needed to be done at the time to let me know I could save money. That was appreciated. I went ahead still with all four being replaced so that I wouldn’t have to go back separately for the rear set later. Honest shop with trustworthy people. Will be going again in the future and recommend others give them a try as well.

Got in my vehicle to go to work yesterday and found my tire almost completely flat. Decided to try Matlock instead of my regular tire place because Matlock tire was closer. To my surprise, they got me right in and the wait was about the time it takes to fix a tire. The reason I'm writing a review is because every employee was incredibly kind and helpful. As I sat waiting, I overheard the conversations concerning the customers vehicles. The prices they paid for services rendered were better than other places around here. Enough to make a mental note that Matlock tire is my new go to! I prefer supporting local family owned businesses but have had a couple bad experiences with smaller shops in the past so I stuck with a well known chain store. Not anymore! I would highly recommend this shop!

I was traveling through town and had a flat tire. After putting on my spare at 5am on the side of the road in 18 degree weather, I’m sure I looked a mess and stressed out. Found this place opened at 7am. They were super fast and sweet as could be. Repaired my tire, put away my spare and sent me on my way. I wished I lived closer because I would definitely use them again. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Excellent service and excellent pricing. Plus, as a bonus, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle to another place and they couldn't find out what was wrong. In fact, I think they charged me for work they didn't do. Matlock's mechanic found it immediately and kept me up to date on what repairs needed to be done. Matlock has my business for life.

Great experience!! First time using Matlock and definitely won’t be my last. Communication was great and expectations were set up front and everyone working from the front counter personal to guy who did work and drove my car around was super nice and helpful and communicated process very well.
