I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and compassion shown by Dr. Abdelhadi and his team during a very difficult time for our family. While Dr. Abdelhadi may possess knowledge of basic oncology, it is unacceptable that he refuses to complete essential insurance documents after a patient passes away. This lack of support creates unnecessary stress for grieving families and demonstrates a failure to provide patient- and family-centered care. Navigating insurance after the loss of a loved one is already challenging enough—refusing to assist with this process is not only unprofessional but deeply unkind. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Dr. Abdelhadi and encourage others to seek a provider who truly supports patients and families beyond clinical treatment.

Went into the OB to be checked as I hadn't had a cycle for months and being in pain, only to be told by my ob that I was essentially being over dramatic and to take my birthcontrol. Eventually went somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. I had an infection that had been there for months that was causing my pain, also some other things that could have been taken care of a lot sooner and ended my suffering if she just checked. But I'm 19 and over dramatic so what do I know? Never felt more medically gas lit and not taken seriously in my life

This facility is just horrendous!!! My mom broke her hip. They over medicated her to the point of hallucinations even 2 days after procedure!!!! Tjay had ABSOLUTELY no compassion what so ever. Myself and family fought to keep her calm and not hurt herself. Heartbreaking! We told the staff if they didn't help we were leaving and it was on them ! Poor mom. Advise ALL to stay away from this company, save yourself a huge headache, and maybe your life !

One more note. Soooooo many terrible reviews, you think they would try a little to change/help people. Never in my life have I seen such a disaster in a health care facility!
God bless you all that make this choice, good luck 🥹

I have been tortured literally by this hospital in whole. The radiologist only will diagnose cancer , my guts are hanging out the front of my abdomen with a ventral hernia, this hospital has failed for two years to diagnose substandard surgery. Obstructed justice. My bowl blockages consist of my colon suturer shut 9/10 way, obisite those sutures is five staples 2 cm before the colon. These five staples tell all radiologist " DO NOT DIAGNOSE NOR TREAT" Clearly in their second Ct scan you can see the fecal matter backed up threw my small intestINES. Yet I have prior ct scans that report bowl obstruction an unlisted procedures. I am done with this hospital an it's WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS AN THEIR DISCRIMANATION. THEIR oncologist DR laughed histarically while telling me I have kidney cancer an they are going to have to remove it. This was intentional infliction of emotional distress. A second opinion said differently.

They do nothing for pain management, I have a wisdom tooth that is growing in and causing a lot of pain. I've tried the classics, those are not working. I work a sales job and have to talk to people all day and they managed my pain with the same thing that's not working. One of the worst hospitals and I plan on switching over to mayo🤙

Tried to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor at a different Marshfield location, but the appointment coordinator insisted that due to my symptoms I needed to be seen immediately in the ER and couldn't wait for an appointment. Went to the ER in Rice Lake to sit there for hours with nobody coming back to check on me. The doctor, who looked like he hadn't showered in weeks, ordered all these unnecessary tests and was not addressing the main concerns of my visit. Seemed completely uninterested in the main reason I was even there and didn't examine anything having to do with that symptom at all. After hours of sitting in the ER hooked up to an EKG (for what reason I have no idea) and being told that they were waiting on my bloodwork results - I look over and the blood they drew from me is still sitting on the counter in the room! I'm not sure how they were waiting on results when the blood hadn't even gone to the lab! My son was at home texting me that his insulin pump failed and I needed to get home. Couldn't find a single person and nobody was answering my call button. Finally I just ripped everything off me and left. They called me later to lecture me about leaving that way and not signing discharge papers. Well? I had to get home for an emergency and couldn't find anyone. Then they tell me all I have is mild bronchitis. Well once actually making an appointment with my regular doctor, she ordered a CT and turns out I actually have Polycystic Kidney Disease, which the doctor in Rice Lake would have seen had he actually cared about the symptoms that brought me there in the first place. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

So went here with chest pain and an infection in my nose. Hooked me up to an EKG and took x-rays and then didn't tell me anything. Looked in my nose and didn't try to do anything with it. Chest got better but still have the infection for a total of 10 months now. Get the bill in the mail and was paying on it. Didn't give a date on when it was due by every month and I went to pay it today and they decided to send it to collections because they said I was a day late. My fiance on the other hand has never been sent to collections and it's been over a year and she has yet to make 1 single payment. These people are a POS joke to me!

What a wonderful experience! My blood draw was painless with results in my portal the same day, as were all of the tests. Mammogram was done as I walked in early. Go to the cafeteria! It’s beautiful! The view and decor are better than a cafe. It’s clean and the Carmel rolls make the visit to the doctor worth it! Coffee is free— who does that? Dr Pesko and her team are professional, kind and thorough! They listen and treat you like an individual. It’s difficult to find good medical care these days, but it definitely exists here!
