Marler's Speed Shop took care of my Camaro by converting the engine and trans from a SBC to a fuel injected LS engine, overdrive 4L60 trans, installed Vintage Air A/C system, Dakota Digital Dash instrument cluster, and added cruise control. Doug was meticulous in all aspects. From caring for my car, to deliberately installing each part with an amazing level of precision, Doug is highly capable of converting from old technologies to modern, complex technologies with ease. After the install was completed, I drove 1,700 miles on the Hot Rod Power Tour without any issues. I will absolutely use Marler's Speed Shop for my future speed shop needs.

I recently completed a 2002 Turbo Trans Am build, and I couldn't have done it without the expert help of Marler's Speed Shop. They handled everything from the turbo kit installation to the clutch, rear end, camshaft, fuel system, gauges, electronic boost controller, and a custom AC system.

Their attention to detail is very impressive. The engine bay looks factory-fresh, even with all the modifications. I'm incredibly satisfied with the build.

My beloved 2005 Mustang was dead in the driveway. Factory installed water leaks had led to major electrical issues, rust issues in the cab, mold, and interior damage. I was heartbroken and near ready to commit her to the salvage yard. Doug brought her back to life with perfect professionalism, impeccable attention to detail, at a much lower cost than I anticipated, and with the care and heart only a true car lover can bring. Thanks to MSS my kids and I can once again enjoy weekend cruises in their beloved “race car”.

Marler’s speed shop has done work on many of my vehicles. They are top notch when it comes to quality of work. The craftsmanship has always been more than I could have expected. Weather there putting in a new trani or installing a supercharger to a full rewire on an old vehicle. Love everything they have done.

I have had a 5.7 Hemi swap with 8 speed auto into a 63 Rambler and a completly custom 6.1 Hemi swap with a 4 speed into a 69 Plymouth and Doug did an amazing job on both cars! Fast turn around and great attention to detail. My next project will definitely be going over to Marler's Speed Shop also 👍

Let's just say Doug is the real deal with helping you create or finshing your dream. The value he offers is unmatched in the Midwest. It took me awhile to build a relationship with him in order to trust him with my car and my checkbook. Hes extremely efficient just on his labor. What he does in 1hr is probably equal to 3 or 4 hrs with your avrage mechanics. With his speed and abilities along with his Amazing network of friends that do equally in their own shops sets you up for results not excuses. I have roughly paid him 180 plus hours in labor doing my 71chevelle from disc brakes to a full LSA swap. Nothing was done with out me being 100 percent satisfied along with MSS holding his vendors and contractors with high standards and quality. My car will be going back to MSS for the 5th time doing some interior upgrades and I know what to expect before MSS touches the car. Thank you Doug for everything and now being a great friend.
