BAD BUSINESS!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I got assistance from the only other CUSTOMERS in the store....as the two shrews "working" were more concerned about being indignant.

They literally got pissed that an other customer was helping an old lady and they ran into the back room together......like freaks!
Heaven forbid they actually LEARN something from someone!

I admit, I did not know what i was doing.....thus came to this shop.....but these Mutt and Jeff (employees) are in dire need of some professional training in problem resolution!
Unless scurrying to the back is their trained response to......two customers in the store.

Only 5 and 1 star reviews.......more 1 stars than anything else...what does that say? Nothing in between.....

My first and last time in this business.....fortunately i can go somewhere else.

After some experiences, this is the only place I come to for printing, shipping, and notary needs. There's two employees but they get things moving pretty fast. They also have other items for sale but more importantly, advertisments from local businesses.

Excellent service! Adam did a great job making Christmas gospel tracts for me so I can hand them out at Fort Leonard wood! Remember Jesus is the reason for the season! And Mailbox it will help you totally celebrate it!

FEDEX Authorized Shipping center my ass! I brought in a package to be returned to a business that sent me a FEDEX label. Mail Box It says they are not "a participating business". Take your business elsewhere if you need to ship FEEDEX.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. The guy inside was very polite. The store itself was very clean. Quick and easy drop off of a fedex package. Thank you very much! Will definitely be back. 🙂

Ordered passport photos. Was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived in person to pick them up TWENTY (20) minutes later. I also called 5 minutes before to let them know I was on my way. The guy up front, David, rudely informed me it wasn't ready and that he "just found out" his photo printer wasn't working. I asked why he didn't call me to let me know. After all, I called them 5 minutes before I arrived and no one had mentioned "faulty equipment". He rudely told me again "I just found out". This company treats and talks to their their customers like little kids. Save yourself the trouble. Go buy an inkjet or laser printer at Walmart and print your own items.

Very unprofessional. They do not provide any sort of receipt for shipping prepaid packages. Then when you comment on their policy they are rude about it. You're better off using Dollar General for FedEx drop offs. At least Dollar General will provide electronic tracking receipts.
