Don’t let the building fool you, this place is 10/10! Went in for phone cases, screen protectors, and charging accessories. Location was very convenient and the employees were very helpful and even applied our screen protectors. Good quality cases that are comparable to brand name and big box store. Will come back for any future needs!

The place is as sketchy as it gets. Went in for a shattered phone screen. They replaced it and everything was fine until about 3-4 weeks later. The back of my phone came off only for me to discover that they had tried to put it back on with super glue and not an actual adhesive! After the back of my phone popped off, the screen stopped working again. They charged me $260 to replace the screen which was a complete scam and on top of that, it took them THREE hours to fix it. I wish I would have known about Bartlett Electronics beforehand. Bartlett Electronics offered to replace the Magic Wireless screen for $130 plus a lifetime warranty in only ONE hour. **TL;DR: Magic Wireless did a lazy job with fixing my shattered phone screen and had the nerves to charge me double the price of local electronic shops.**

I’ve been here twice in the last year 😬 sadly due to my own clumsiness!! Each time they were very knowledgeable, friendly and provided such fast service with a wait of only 30 min to replace the whole screen for pennys compared to the big stores!! I would trust them with any issue! His honesty is refreshing and saved us hundreds of dollars on a new charging port! Go here first with any phone issue, the service is unmatched and very affordable!!

It was a bad day for me when my phone fell on its face. I came here to get it fixed and waited an hour to see the results. It looks better than yesterday. I appreciate the service and the screen protector even though the price is enough for my bills and gas tank. I had a few minor cracks on my screen and did not want it to get worse. Thanks a lot.
