They don't pay you until you keep bugging them! It is May 1st still waiting for April payment that should have been paid by the 21st. At first it was the 15th....they push it out to keep from giving you what you DESERVE
But keep sending me reminders to do my part......

Great staff. Really attentive and explain in detail what is happening step by step. Science and research are very important and takes effort and time. These folks are well organized and very efficient. In this process. Also very accurate in every detail. Yes multiple people ask similar questions over again, but that is important to make sure the date is correct.

This place is a joke. Please do not waste your time.
I was contacted by an out of state recruiter regarding a migraine study and she asked me a few questions and approved me for a study. The day before I was scheduled to begin the study I was contacted by a local employee (Crystal) in Tucson and she felt the need to drill me with the same questions even though I was already approved. Crystal said she didn’t have a record of that even though she knew who I spoke with. Crystal didn’t like how I answered a question and removed me from the study. I had a similar experience with another “research” company recently. These places are unable to figure out how to schedule people and we are supposed to trust them to develop new vaccines. That is scary. It’s entirely understandable why people refuse to be guinea pigs and be lied to by these pranksters.

The staff here are wonderful and friendly and nice. It’s the only place I can think of where I go, get blood drawn and come out smiling. I hope to be a part of other studies because of this positive experience.
